Steve Royal

After graduating from college with a degree in chemistry, I worked for the Eastman Kodak Company for almost 30 years. During most of my career there, I was involved in the manufacture of photographic film, but for the last eight years, I was a facilitator in the areas of supervisory and quality improvement training. I retired from Kodak in 1991 and formed my own consulting business, Royal Associates, and have been consulting in process improvement, problem-solving, and mistake-proofing since then. I have two great kids, Karen and Scott, who live near me with their own families.
