I am originally from Athens in central Wisconsin and came to La Crosse to earn my degree in Exercise & Sports Science. I am a Certified Personal Trainer through the NSCA and currently train clients at the UW La Crosse Strength Center and Snap Fitness Bluffside. I also work in the yard, shipping, and receiving department at Menards in Onalaska.
