I am Steve Silverstone. I was born in 1988 in the suburbs of Washington, D.C. A benefit of being born in the United States is a low morality for newborns. Not the best, but pretty good. As long as you have insurance, of course. If you started in 1988, it would have taken a few years for anything important to happen.
