What I do: Combining 10-plus years in the customer service industry with a BA in Professional Communications from Royal Roads University, I provide extensive knowledge and experience in the communication field. This includes a specific focus on organizational communication, media relations, technical writing and crisis communications. In other words, I solve problems and help people understand stuff.
