After earning his bachelor’s degree from New York University, Dr. Steve Slobodski enrolled at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he earned his doctor of dental surgery. During his final year of dentistry school, Dr. Steve Slobodski completed an externship at Kodiak Coast Guard Base in Alaska. In this position, he provided a full range of dental services for individuals at the base. After graduation, he gained admission to a dental residency at Brooklyn Veterans Hospital. There, Dr. Slobodski had the opportunity to engage in several different rotations and gain extensive experience in several aspects of dental treatment. He subsequently completed a post-doctoral program at New York University that focused on temporomandibular joint (TMJ) disorders. Dr. Steve Slobodski later became assistant director of the TMJ Clinic at the New York Eye and Ear Infirmary and dental director and vice president of Manage Dental Care. Today, he provides a variety of treatments through his practice, Dental Arts, located in Brooklyn. He has treated patients through this office for more than two decades.
