Steve Starks

Steve Starks is one-third of Nouveau Riche, a Dj collective and legendary dance party in Washington, DC. In 2008, the crew was awarded Best Dance Night in the Washington City Paper's 'Best of DC' issue. Starks has has been described by The Washington Post as 'one of the District's more prolific DJs.' In addition to performing annually at Winter Music Conference (WMC) and South By Southwest (SXSW) showcases, Steve Starks has shared stages with MSTRKRFT, Klever, Blaqstarr and Sinden to name a few. In 2011, his orignal production, 'Fr33ky in tha Club' was featured on BBC Radio1's Essential Mix hosted by Pete Tong. His club banger 'Git Em (T&A; Records)' was featured in Drop the Lime's DJ Mag chart and received heavy support from DJs around the world. With a 3rd EP in the works, Starks continues to carve out his place in electronic dance music and prove that he is a world class artist and a force to be recond with behind the decks.
