Steve Swayne

Steve is an established expert in organisational transformation, with particular experience in complex, large and difficult turnarounds.

He has developed a very successful turnaround track record at CEO/MD level in listed companies, privately owned enterprises and the public sector. His extensive organisational improvement experience ranges from pan-European multi-site operations to significant public sector involvement, both in the NHS and local government.

As Managing Director of Kingsgate, Steve has successfully supported boards across the private and public sector in their development. He is an established company practitioner with particular experience in complex, large and difficult improvement projects.

Steve is Chairman of Dearden Interim, which works extensively within the NHS, local government and education providing a specialist interim support and executive search services. He is also Chairman of Westbury Associates, a communications agency supporting organisations and leaders to increase reputation and influence.
