I am a Michigan-based healthcare and technology leader focused on turning complex ideas into clear, workable systems. For more than a decade, my work has centered on value-based care, healthcare analytics, and operations, with a strong emphasis on execution, discipline, and measurable outcomes.

My approach to leadership was shaped early through competitive sports. I graduated from DePauw University with a degree in Economics, where I was a four-year varsity football letterman and team captain. Those experiences taught me the importance of accountability, preparation, and showing up consistently, lessons I still rely on today.

In 2015, I joined VillageMD during its early growth phase. Over nearly ten years, I held multiple leadership roles and ultimately served as Vice President of Value-Based Strategies. My focus was on scaling value-based care models, improving attribution and operational performance, and connecting strategy to what actually happens on the ground.

After leaving VillageMD, I founded Avanti Strategy Group. Through my firm, I partner with healthcare and technology organizations navigating growth, operational challenges, and change. I also hold an executive certification in AI in Healthcare from Harvard Medical School, with a practical focus on responsible use of data and technology.

Outside of work, I am a HYROX competitor and an advocate for discipline, health, and the Food Is Medicine movement. Above all, I prioritize being a present husband and father.
