With my Partner, Megann Willson, developed a Market Research consultancy based on the idea of providing custom projects to address our clients’ specific needs, taking into account the particular constraints of their industry. Clients work with us because we listen to their questions, help them understand what they already know, and design a project to deliver the information or answers they need to sell up the organization. Specifically: Sold and delivered Qualitative and Quantitative Market Research to more than 3 dozen different clients in Canada, US and EU Advised clients on Market Research needs, project design and execution Provided Sales and Marketing advise to Pharma and Tech companies Assisted Healthcare and related companies to improve their processes through internal and external consultation Participated in Industry Associations to raise the profile of Qualitative Research Managed all aspects of independent small business (profitability, payroll, tax, AP/AR, etc) In my former life I was with DuPont for many years, starting as an Engineer, then Sales, Marketing, New Product Development. Moving into DuPont's Pharma business gave me the opportunity to work in many areas of a small, integrated Pharmaceutical business, including Sales, Business Analysis, Market Research, Product Planning, Supply Chain and Senior Management.
