Steve Zaffron

Steve Zaffron is the founder and chief executive officer of Vanto Group, a global organizational leadership consulting firm based in San Francisco, California. He leads the company in elevating organizational performance by addressing critical challenges in close collaboration with all levels of a client’s business. Drawing on more 30 years of leadership experience, Steve Zaffron provides insights on improving strategic performance, integrating competitive advantages, and achieving new levels of success.

In addition to his work with Vanto Group, Steve Zaffron is the coauthor of The Three Laws of Performance, a best-selling book that explores the foundations of business performance and presents new theories on how to achieve breakthrough results. Published in 15 languages, The Three Laws of Performance details an organizational transformation process that improves performance by engaging employees at every level of the business. Furthermore, the book uses illustrative examples from a variety of sources.

Mr. Zaffron holds a master of arts in philosophy from the University of Chicago.
