@ HOME

I live in downtown Phoenix with my amazing husband, and our wonderful son. We're a tight-knit family that thrives on adventure, exploration, and making the most out of every moment we have together.

Every day for me starts bright and early at the gym. It sets the tone for the rest of my day, giving me the energy and focus I need to tackle anything that comes my way. I enjoy hiking, whether it's a local trail or a national park, I love finding peace out in nature. In fact, I'm currently on a mission to visit all of the US national parks. At 41 out of 63 parks, the journey has been nothing short of spectacular so far.

Traveling is another love of mine. There's something incredibly enriching about immersing myself in different cultures, meeting new people, and seeing the world from different perspectives. Every trip I take with the family adds another layer to our shared story, creating memories that we'll cherish forever.

@ WORK

I've dedicated over 25 years to the animal welfare movement, working for great organizations like NYC Animal Care Centers and PetSmart Charities. After 14 years with Pethealth, where I had an incredibly fulfilling career over seeing PetPoint and Chameleon software, I decided to take a bold step and acquire BarkPass, a SaaS software company specializing in pet licensing and dog park management. This new venture is not just a business; it's a passion project that combines my love for technology and animal care.

IN THE COMMUNITY

The values I gained from my work in the animal welfare movement, had me “jump species” and focus my personal volunteer efforts on humans, specifically child welfare. Adopting our son through Arizona’s foster care system was an eye opener, understanding the complex and heart-breaking plight of families and children that come into “the system”. I’m proud to be board chair for Arizona’s Children Association and volunteer for Foster Arizona.
