Stewart Coulson

Stewart began his legal career advocating as a prosecuting solicitor for the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions New South Wales.

He has gone on to appear on behalf of immigration clients in the Migration Review Tribunal, the Refugee Review Tribunal, the Federal Magistrates Court, the Family Court, Federal Court and Supreme Court of New South Wales.

Stewart has extensive legal and commercial experience having worked in private practice, government and in-house as Group Legal Advisor for a Fortune 1000 multinationalwith offices and subsidiaries in London and across Europe.

As a result Stewart is focused on delivering migration outcomes to business clients that fit with their business strategies and human resource requirements.

Stewart also has experience in the areas of Commercial, Contract, Employment, Criminal and Human Rights Law.
