I am a pre-service teacher in the Senior and FET phase. I am completing my Bachelor of Education at the University of Johannesburg and my majors are Life Sciences and Physical Sciences. I strive to obtain my qualification in the year 2023. I am a Psychology graduate and obtained my Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology in 2019 at the University of Johannesburg. I am very passionate about teaching and sharing knowledge with others, I know the saying goes “ignorance is bliss” however having knowledge is power. As such, I wish to empower learners to become better versions of themselves and experience the world from a knowledgeable vantage point. I hope my initial qualification will put me in a much better position of understanding and assisting the learners. I find great pleasure in passing time reading novels and watching documentaries as I am curious to learn more about things and how they work. I especially find the human body interesting; this might explain my profound interest in biology. With the current advancements in technology, I aim to be an effective and caring teacher by integrating effective strategies with technological aids while being a moral and ethical professional.
