Stian Karlsen is the co-founder and CEO of Mandarin Design where he works closely with clients in planning, designing and crafting awesome websites.
In the past he has worked as both a project manager, designer and front-end developer for others.
Being a dog lover, Stian has written numerous articles promoting positive reinforcement, and stands in strong opposition to punitive and outdated methodology. He’s not afraid to call people out when they do harm, frequently discussing things like choke chains with strangers.
