Stijn is a Dutch strategic designer, researcher, and innovation leader with 20+ years’ experience bridging business, technology, and human needs. He helps organisations and teams reframe complex challenges, craft transformative strategies, and deliver impactful solutions. After building a strong practice in innovation leadership, from founding Roca’s innovation lab to managing breakthrough projects at ETH and Philips, he pursued a PhD to deepen my analytical, conceptual, and strategic skills. His work integrates systemic thinking, creativity, and intercultural fluency to guide stakeholders toward meaningful change.
