My Life by Stone Tyler
I was born in Pilot, North Carolina in Nineteen Sixty Six. I come from a family of three children where I am the middle child. My eldest brother, Sydney Ray Jr. was born with autism. He is clearly the center of our home and has been deemed the family socialite. While at family events, I forget many of my relative’s names. Well, Sydney
Ray is there to save the day with names and family ranking. My sister, Nikita is the baby of the family and in my opinion spoiled rotten. She has two boys, Raytrell and Cheyvell both from Pilot, North Carolina.
I moved from my parent’s home in my early twenties. I worked for several employers before finding my niche at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina. Prior to my employment at Blue Cross, I received an Associates Degree from The School of Communication Arts in Raleigh, North Carolina. My Degree is in Digital Media and Animation. I am currently attending North Carolina Central University in Durham, North Carolina working on my Bachelors Degree in Mass Communication.
Five years ago I fulfilled a lifelong dream. I bought a brand new house. It is beautiful. The lot has a wooded backyard that creates a beautiful backdrop for my bird feeders. I enjoy the serenity of the birds feeding at sunrise and sunset. My favorite time to watch them feed is on the edge of a brewing storm. The frenzy produces two hundred or so birds and a wide variety of species including sparrows, finches, cardinals, doves, chickadees, woodpeckers and wrens to name a few. When I have the time I take my best friend and Chelsea to the Beach in Surf City, NC to play.
