Stop David Caton & Florida Family Extremism

David Caton is the head of the Florida Family Association, an organization that the Southern Poverty Law Center labeled a hate group.

For years, he has targeted groups using extreme language and inflammatory actions, causing families in his native Florida and around the country to live in fear of discrimination.

The Florida Family Association has spread hateful messages in plain sight of children and said that changing Boy Scouts policies to be more inclusive “could in all probability create more
cases like Penn State’s Jerry Sandusky.”

Caton has even opposed efforts to protect children from bullying. Despite strong opposition from respected community groups and leaders, his hateful campaigns continue.
