Since ALA Naad (Rudra Deva) self-manifests (i.e. spontaneously originates) out of Ahum Naad (Aghora face of Sadashiva), so Rudra Deva can be a self-originated one and thus Rudra has no father or mother (Sire) … Thus Rudra Deva can also be a Swayambhu (Self-originated one) … It is due to this cause Vedas place Rudra Deva as one of the primary deities
