before "baywatch" i was one of the first female lifeguards working the beaches of malibu. i eventually went into teaching high school english but i've always had one foot in the door of the fitness industry, pushing for strength training for women from the time when it was new and outrageous. and here i am, again in fitness, with loads of experience to share.
