I am a communication and public affairs professional with experience in government, crisis management, and new media strategy.

My usual day revolves around writing, editing, reading, watching random videos of pets online, drinking coffee, analyzing news and social media insights, and taking deep breaths in between crises. I sometimes dabble in media management and web content management.
