The obvious question arises. “How will we fund this?”

The Answer is: We Will Fund This?
There ore over 38 million Black People in the United States. Surely at least 10% can see the value in actual change.
Through an intense Public Relations Campaign we encourage at least 3 million Black People to give a nickle/ .05 cents a day or $1.50 per month
This would accumulate to be $150,000 per day or $4.5 million in 30 days. $54 Million yearly.

This initial fund will be used to establish a Marketing Strategy and for the Black Community Development Fund National Center

Black Places Of Worship collect over $260 Million each Weekend. Each Location will be dedicated to contributing half their Collective Worship days collection 3 times a year, tothe N.B.C.D.F. An economically developed Black congregation would have even more tithes to give to the church.
