Hi.
My name is Stratos Papadopoulos..i am a student at LeMonde (a culinary school in Athens Greece) as a pastry chef. I have the honor to be a member of the National Culinary Team of Greece. My passion for creativity makes my job great. I have created statues and general figures from clay, porcelain, wood and styrofoam for many years. I have extended my expertise creating with sugarpaste, almond paste and other eatable materials. I get so much joy from making people happy through my job. I specialise in 3D birthday cakes.This is me. Hope to be able to provide my skills to whoever needs unique creative cakes or any other objects.
