I work as Store Manager. I have been working as Store Manager for 7 years. As Store Manager, my goal is reaching sales targets and increasing profits. I am dealing with customer service issues such as queries and complaints (the customer isn't always right, but most of the time they are) Interviewing and recruiting new staff. Supervising departmental managers and organising training. My responsibilities includes developing business strategies to raise our customers’ pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability. Meeting sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff. And ensuring high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service.
