Do you ever feel as if you want to live a life that makes you sizzle and pop, that truly showcases the authentic you? Do you want to ignite change in your life, but aren't sure where to begin or how to make it happen?

As a coach, my focus is working with clients who desire authenticity and meaning in their work and personal lives. I walk alongside my clients to identify goals, set accountabilities and work through the in-between. I deliver results by building a trusting relationship that is safe. I help identify gremlins and problem solve creatively so you can move from a life of doubt and fear to confidence and self-love. Through my practice, I partner with clients to learn how to live and lead with purpose, resulting in deeper connection and authenticity in all areas of their lives.

With over 20 years in the corporate world, I bring a breadth of experiences: career transitions, change management, project management, leadership development and work-life balance. I believe that connection and love are critical to a whole life. I work from a viewpoint of seeing my clients as whole people who deserve someone in their corner to cheer them on. I have a big heart and love using humor whenever I can.

I am currently studying toward my coaching certification with SeattleCoach and the International Coaching Federation (ICF). I specialize in working with career transitions (including maternity leave and return to work), work-life balance, health and nutrition, leadership development, parenting, presence and creating meaningful relationships.

I live in Seattle and have been married to my husband Jack for 20 years. I am a foodie and love to cook gourmet meals for my friends and family. I also love to stay active. I can often be found at the gym or on the yoga mat when I am not with my family. I am curious by nature and love learning and hearing about people's lives. My husband and I have been blessed with three amazing children who remind me that every single day is an opportunity to practice being present and practicing gratefulness. They have helped me to see that living an unconscious life is not an option.
