Stuart is a landscape designer and urbanist currently residing in Hong Kong. Stuart holds a Master of Landscape Architecture from the University of Guelph and a Honours Bachelor of Arts from the University of Toronto.

Aside from cooking, Stuart is fascinated with interstitial spaces and how they might be transformed. Designed spaces should be based on ideas and emotions; it should communicate history and connect tradition. Most importantly, he finds it more interesting to give shape to these fringes in all their abstract glory than to simply remake the city.

Stuart is also an avid cyclist and traveller. He believes the best way to experience a place is to eat, drink, and walk with locals.
