I'm an IT professional primarily in the ERP software sector and I'm looking to potentially volunteer my expertise or advice to help prevent the sectors over engineering. Traditional ERP systems are growing to be more and more modular with less confidence in implementations.
In my career I believe I will end up a consultant again and I want to set up contacts and networks of volunteer avenues before career time commitments make that difficult.

I am familiar with software development in python, web dev, SQL, Deluge and various ISO standards. I am used to API use and of course ERP software I am looking to become certified in AI, ML and LLM and am currently working on local AI implementations.

I'm currently in full time employment like I say and likely will continue to be being high functioning and highly skilled. I'm hoping to build ancillary volunteer or networking since the working from home is slowly beginning to affect me thankfully not as much as it might have earlier in my life.
