As a partner at Kershaw, Cutter & Ratinoff, my ultimate goal is providing the highest level of service to our clients and the personal attention they justly deserve. I primarily practice law in the areas of mass torts, consumer class actions, and other complex litigation. For the past 15 years, I represented plaintiffs in numerous complex cases in both Federal and State Courts nationwide. I also handle many large individual personal injury actions on behalf of injured consumers.

My typical cases include class action or mass torts where I represent hundreds, sometimes thousands, of individual clients throughout the country who sustained injuries from a defective medical device or dangerous drug. My partners and I often take the lead in these cases and are responsible for the overall case management and litigation of these cases for the plaintiffs. Subsequently, these cases are litigated against some of the largest companies in the world and against the best defense firms in the country.

Additionally, I take the lead in several large cases involving business disputes. For example, I represent more than a hundred auto dealers seeking compensation from a large auto manufacturer that terminated their franchises. I also represented consumers in large class actions against consumer electronics companies, car manufacturers, banks, insurance companies, and for-profit trade schools.

In my career, I am fortunate enough to become involved with various activities and services within the community. I am a Member of the Board of Directors for the Capital City Trial Lawyers Association and a member of the American Association for Justice. I am also the youth basketball and baseball coach for Sacred Heart Elementary School. In 2013, I had the privilege to organize a fundraiser for the Rebuild McKinley Park Project benefiting the local community.
