I am Stuart Hayes and I speciliase in achieving high impact change - both as a professional CEO and also as a TRAINER.

Since the age of 28, I have specialised in leading teams & businesses during OUT-OF-THE-ORDINARY circumstances, such as financial stress (turnaround), owner’s exit (succession) and rapid growth (including start-up)... but make no mistake, all this experience didn't stop me later losing more than everything I had simply by NOT following the processes & systems I had always used with my clients!

It's fair to say that the experience of losing was not pleasant and its certainly not something that I would ever wish to go through again, but it did lead me to make most of the great discoveries of my life to date. The journey of success is an inner journey. The journey of leadership is a journey of the heart.

My mission is to help everyone and anyone committed enough to take that journey themselves... and I know we will all be the better for that.
