Stuart Muir

My name is Stuart Muir and I am scottish musician/drummer/songwriter from East Kilbride, Scotland. I am currently a student focusing on my work for HND at Motherwell College. I perform with various bands; "Insomniac", "Carrion" and "Warflower". My Main Passion in music is touring and constanly performing with my bands and playing the drums. What I like to do at the end of HND is session work worldwide hopefully, tour with my band and enjoy playing my drums and writing music for life.

what i am currectly doing at the moment is focusing on my work to getting through My hnd work, rehersing every sunder with my metal band from glasgow insomniac and just getting through my life with helping out with all the band with the drums and enjoying every minute of it.

ive been playing drums for about 6-7 years and my first ever band was with my brother billy, me and are ex-bass guitarist Chris Dunn was origin but was made to change the name coz their was another band with that name, so we changed it to Carrion which involves me, billy and Duncan Brown, we made out first EP one month ago and we are currently performing through places in glasgow and hamilton and making a living out of gigging through place to place and hopfully for life.

the next band the i am playing for is a thrash metal band called insomniac which you can see in the background and that began when my brother searched for bands looking for a drummer, they are based in glasgow we are currenting touring so far and making eps and rehersing in arc studios.

the other band that im doing is college who are based in motherwell "Warflower" and rehersing every day in college and we are touring for the second time this year and enjoying every moment of what we are playing.
