Born in Yorkshire, Stuart studied Photography at Mid-Cheshire College of Art. On leaving, he entered and won a competition run by Agfa and The British Journal of Photography. This spurred a move to London where he honed his skills in advertising and editorial photography, producing work for Coca Cola, NEC, Toyota & Unicef. He went on to win the Campaign magazine creative photography competition which was judged by Wally Olins of Wolff Olins and Bartle, Bogle, Hegarty. With a wealth of experience behind him, his work now encompasses portraits, travel and still life and has since exhibited at the Association of Photographers Awards.
