Stuart Bienenstock

Stuart Bienenstock currently holds the role of Director of Capital Markets and Business Development at LM Development. Before joining LM Development, Stuart Bienenstock co-founded the Ghermezian family office and served as a Managing Director at Triple Five. In these roles, Stuart managed complex debt/equity partnerships, site selection and assemblage, acquisitions, alternative financing solutions, and spearheaded new business development initiatives. During his tenure at Triple Five, Stuart successfully completed real estate transactions totaling over $3 billion, highlighting his significant contributions to the firm. Prior to his time with the Ghermezian family office, Stuart gained valuable experience at Bank of New York and Ernst & Young, where he further developed his diverse skill set and deep industry knowledge.

Stuart lives on Long Island, NY with his wife and kids.
