What others think of me matters, but it shouldn't matter as much as what I think of myself. I am lucky enough to have been given a second chance at life. And a third, fourth, etc. . You get the picture. What I have learned along the way, you must bloom where you are planted. Anyone of us could end up in a variety of circumstances that's out of our control. Make the best of what you have and take nothing for granted. This is your Life, unless you are born with a silver spoon or you win the lottery, no one is going to do things for you so live as if each day is your last. Live without regrets, they will make you old fast. Life is not measured by the number of breathes we take, but by the moments that take our breath away. Do not give someone else the power to dictate your happiness, you will only regret it. If you live each day trying to do the next right thing and you have faith, then to me that's all one can ask of a person.
