Stephanie Tulk

I'm a science and media dork who wants the world to laugh and learn. I'm currently a PhD student in the Human Factors & Applied Cognition program at George Mason University. My research interests include social robotics, human-computer interaction, virtual and augmented reality, embodied cognition, machine learning and citizen science. In my free time, I'm a film maker, writer, illustrator, builder and musician.

As a scientist and a science communicator, I'm working to enhance our understanding of the brain and foster a global commitment towards enhanced education, fun, and a healthier, safer and more sustainable built environment!
