Alfred Sturges

I always felt a calling in my life to serve the Lord and to help other people. Eventually that calling was realized and at the age of 30 I was ordained a deacon in the Holy Catholic Church Anglican Rite, currently serving St. Gabriel's Archangel in Greeley, CO. It's quite an accomplishment but even more so because I do not hold a college degree.

I absorb information and ideas easily, but I often struggle when it comes to writing papers. After 7 years of college, some of that part time and divided between two universities, I left school and went into the workforce.

I've held a somewhat wide variety of jobs: Payment processing clerk, catalog sales associate, christian bookstore clerk, surveillance observer, medical transportation specialist, classifier, fiscal specialist, functional analyst, and now my current secular job: QA Analyst.

I also have a big interest in 3D printing and CNC machines.
