I seek to add value to the organization by making decisions based on data intelligence as well as managing people from different areas, such as # personnel selection, # training, career planning ... in order to get the best out of them, from improve their potential and make them grow within an # organization to increase its profits.
For this reason, after having finished my #master in Human Resources Management at EAE #Business School - University of Barcelona, obtaining an academic record of 9.4 and a Final Master's Thesis record: "Strategic Human Resources Plan" of 10, I have finished a Bootcamp in Data Science that will allow me to know everything about data.
