Hello! My name is Rico and I'm 26 years old.

I am a happy Vegetarian and I am in love with the most beautiful Princesa in the Universe. I love traveling around the world and currently live in London, UK.

I managed to lose 50 kg in 11 months so I am now a healthy weight. I went from 125 kg to just 75 kg. There was no secret, crash diet or any other weird stuff. I just consume what my body needs, quitted sugar and food additives and exercise regularly. For that reason I am all about healthy eating, healthy living and healthy cooking.

Cooking is my passion and I love sharing my recipes.
