All his stints have been in business roles which required demonstration of strategic, business assessment & planning, as well as execution skills. In his career he has moved seamlessly from established large organisations to start ups. Subhanker is a subject matter expert across channels ranging from FMCG, Consumer semi-durables Multi-level independent channel, Telesales, Face-to-Face sales & Internet. He has depth of experience in Supply Chain Management and Distribution. Subhanker has built and managed various businesses with the necessary geographical footprint, width and depth -- many times over in his career. He has also led multiple Alliances & Tieups to resolve business challenges and accelerated adoption & growth for several companies. Subhanker is a Mechanical Engineer from Jadavpur University (1989 batch) and a P.G.D.M from I.I.M. Calcutta (1991 batch). He is a travel, photography and food enthusiast. He lives in Gurgaon.
