Subira Jean-Simon

With a passion for service, truing new things and learning about the world, Subira intends to fully take on the world by storm. She believes that anythng is possibe with faith, trust and hard work. Family is the most important thing in her life; she owes her parents everything.

As a second year at the University of Georgia and pursuing a 2 Bachelor's degrees in French and International Affairs, there is no challenge too big for Subira. She also holds leadership positions at UGA as the Community Service Chair for the Caribbean Student Association and the Recruitment Chair for Front Row, an organization that seeks to raise money in order to give people with critical health conditions a chance to experience a once in a lifetime experience. She currently holds two jobs, one on campus at the UGA Ramsey Student Center at the Admissions Desk, and off camps at Ben and Jerry's of Athens, GA.

In the future, Subira hopes to first travel to her parent's country, Haiti and work with an NGO or non profit. She then hopes to start her own non-profit organization.
