Subramanian Ramachandran

I am Subramanian and go with Subbi. I come with over 20 + years of experience. My passion for learning & sharing has helped me donn various hats in different industries ranging from an illustrious career in Indian Airforce in Aviation Maintenance followed by Account Management & as Head of Service, heading-up a team of dedicated field service engineers for after market support for an Industrial Distributor.

My tenure in Indian Air Force made me flexible, adaptable and process oriented with an hawk-eye for perfection.

My present assignment, is in the Talent Management / Performance Management space. I am privileged to work with head of HR / Talent management of various organisations. I help them by consultating and collaborating with them to easily automate their Performance Management program using Synergita. Synergita is winner of Microsoft Code for Honor and CODiE Finalist 2014 for Best Human Capital Management Software.

Synergita is an extremely easy to use, simple yet highly configurable software, delivered from the cloud. In this role I am also responsible for brand strategising and business development for Synergita.
