Suburbia Interrupted

Dani is a mom to five (crazy, handsome, beautiful, lazy, smart, caring, sarcastic, and humbling) kids. With help from The Big Guy, Dani strives to balance her sanity against the machine (kids or life, depends on the day). Dani is an enigma of emotional hormonal tendencies, a perfectionist who has never once perfected anything, a cook whose food is critically reviewed (on a daily basis) by five of the toughest critics around, a sports fanatic who would either be the most hated or celebrated coach of all time, a woman who cannot figure out the meaning of no, a political junkie who may does have a minute crush on Chuck Todd, a person who would give you the shirt off her back if you needed it, and (I think) a funny gal who curses too much, drinks not enough (or really at all), and uses (sometimes) too much sarcasm.

When not selling her soul to the devil (aka volunteering a ridiculous amount of my time in the kids schools), Dani is a regular contributor to The Indie Chicks, The Epistolarians, BlogHer, Studio 30 Plus, and Mamapedia.

Dani is a contirbutor to three books in the Life Well Blogged series, "No Laughing Allowed" and "To Bliss and Back", and "Holly Daze".

Dani is also a regular panelist on Bonfire Chats, a weekly online "talk show".
