Hi,
Am i a career woman or am i not is a question ive been fighting for years, yes i am focused and i have carved a path. I began with dreaming of becoming a psychiatrist in College, then went onto doing my BA in English Literature. While doing that I did my Post Graduation in Event Management and for more than 4 years enjoyed working on various events, be it Fashion Shows, Award Functions and so on. It has been an experience of a lifetime that i still share with my near and dear ones.

I tried my hands at Jewelry and failed thoroughly although the knowledge i gained while studying in California for my Jewelry business management course still remains with me and has helped me extensively in my career as a VFX Producer.

Producer??? How did that happen? Totally out of line. Jobless and basically spending my time hanging out with friends, one of my friend's introduced me to someone who was looking for a Production Coordinator for an Animation Studio. What did i know about Animation zilch!!! But nonetheless i got the job and thus began my journey 7 years ago in the Animation and VFX Industry, after working at some top notch Indian studios in Mumbai and Bangalore I have become not only VFX/Anim Savvy persona, I also feel the achievement I have experienced in these 7 years is overwhelming at times. I love my job to the T, my colleagues being complete sweethearts. There are times I want to settle for an early retirement but then being jobless does not suit me. Well being in the industry for long also got me a stint as a Recruiter, which was a lot of fun, getting to talk to people around the world, sometimes wanting to bang my head against the wall for some of the most atrocious interviews held. I travelled, attended International events which broadened my perspective and made me a better person.

Well this is a bit about me and my career Graph - 13 years, 3 career changes, and a different Suchita anybody has ever known, what more could I ask for!!
