Suci Fitriany
Linguist, Public Relation, and Project Manager in Madison, Alabama
I’m a people-loving language nerd who enjoys bringing together Conversational AI, linguistics, and project management.
Over the past 13+ years, I’ve worked across tech and media to help humans and machines “talk” to each other better, through chatbots, virtual assistants, voice products, and clear, thoughtful communication.
These days, I work as a Linguistic Engineer and Team Lead on LLM and conversational AI projects, where I design prompts and evaluation workflows, dig into language data with Python and SQL, and lead multilingual linguist teams to ship helpful, high-quality AI experiences.
Before that, I spent years as an NLP linguist (including vendor work for Google), helped build Indonesian conversational AI at Kata.ai, and earlier worked in public relations, marketing, TV research, and executive support. That mix means I care as much about people, tone, and context as I do about models and data.
I don’t have a formal programming degree, but I am actively learning and growing my technical skills, especially Python, while staying centered on what I love most: understanding people, shaping language, and building experiences that feel natural and human.
I’m always curious and open to new possibilities where I can blend conversational AI, linguistics, and creative communication, whether in language engineering, AI products, AI project management, or storytelling-flavored tech roles.
Cheers,
Suci
