I was born in Durban, South Africa and moved to Europe when I was ten years old. I am passionate about reading, and have been since I was a child; subsequently I also love writing. English is my first language and I also speak German fluently. I also have basic knowledge of French and Italian. Thanks to my international background, I am very open to new cultures and fascinated by new discoveries. I am currently studying American Studies at the Johannes Gutenberg University of Mainz in Germany, which is the perfect blend of language, culture and history - it's a fascinating subject! I am hoping to spend a semester or two in the United States to get to know the country beyond my studies and really immerse myself into the culture. Once I'm done studying, I would like to work in communication and/or marketing and public relations. I'm especially hoping to work in the video game industry, as video games are my passion and I would love to combine my two favorite things: video games and writing about them. That's all, folks!
