Ambitious and motivated, Sudha has a proven track record of managing highly complex projects with her advanced expertise in Project Management using both Agile and Waterfall Methodologies.

As a Senior IT Project Manager, she has performed end to end project management for projects with budgets of up to 30 million. Also, she has executed strategic business initiatives and demonstrated program management skills working with Scrum teams, multiple stakeholders, and partners to achieve successful delivery of the overall program.

On the other end of the spectrum, she also worked as a Technology Lead, Software Engineer, and a Test Engineer, managing teams for production support and software development for business-critical applications, successful transitioning of applications, and more.
