Sampat Ceramics Private Limited was established in 1971 with an endeavour to meet the growing demand for Porcelain insulators and bushings required as an important component in Electrostatic Precipitators(ESP), Transformer and Switchgear. Concern for quality Porcelain Insulators and bushing has now become very significant and we help to meet the growing demand of quality conscious clients. We are engaged in offering a wide range of Porcelain Insulators and Bushings. The range of components includes Conical/Cylindrical Support Insulators for ESP, Shaft Insulators, Wall through Bushings, Pin Insulators, Bus Duct Insulators and Suspension Insulators.

Along with these, we are also supplying Porcelain Insulators and Porcelain Bushings for Distribution/Power Transformers, Ct/Pt. We have skilled manpower, adequate machines to manufacture superior porcelain insulators and bushings as per various IS standards. We also have high voltage testing facility. Our products are used confidently by many users of ESP in the field of sponge iron, cement, paper, steel, power industry. Our high alumina insulators are designed to be dimensionally suitable for all major makes of ESP like M/S AndrewYule, ACC, Alsthom, BHEL, Cethar Vessels, Ets-Elex, Envirocare, Fl Smidth, Kirloskar AAF, Soil & Envirocare, Thermax, V.T.Corp etc. We have also developed various types of Porcelain insulators for Chinese make ESP.

We also manufacture entire range of Porcelain bushings from 1.1kv till 52kv as per various IS standards.These are also supplied as per customer specified design.We also supply bushings with connecting metal parts. Some of our reputed customers are M/s Accurate Transformers, Crompton Greaves, Voltamp Transformers.All the items are available from ready stock and care is taken for packing to avoid transit damage.
