Sudhir Choudhrie was born in 1949 in Delhi. After earning a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Delhi, Sudhir Choudhrie began dabbling in export trade and found fast success.
By 1975, he had established the Magnum International Trading Company. This firm remains a thriving international business some 44 years later today.
Sudhir Choudhrie was a non-executive director of Ebookers PLC,a cutting-edge internet-search travel platform, from 1999 through 2005.
In 2003, Sudhir Choudhrie entered into the aviation sector when he made a key investment in Air Deccan, the first budget-model airline launched in India.
Today, Sudhir Choudhrie is a key advisor for London-based C&C Alpha Group, a private equity firm that works across an array of sectors, including healthcare, aviation, real estate, banking and key niche technologies.
Sudhir Choudhrie also serves as Vice Chairman at Alpha Corp Development Pvt Ltd, a real estate development company focusing on the construction and management of townships, malls, office spaces, and residential buildings in India.
