Hey! I am Sudhir. The director at Orior developers, India.

I believe firmly that one needs to have a positive approach to life in order to succeed and I credit my own success to this belief that I have incorporated in my life.

Amongst things that people consider in my skill set are my oratory skills. I feel that I can motivate and motivate in a positive way when my team is concerned. This has proved to be of immense value to me when considering the kind of obstacles that have come my way. I have been able to successfully motivate my team to perform under stress and be effective, even in the face of adversity.

Another skill set I posses is negotiation. I know that there are multiple ways to deal with a situation. And that leverage is the most important thing when considering coming to a conclusion. I feel that this is another important factor that has helped me in my career.

I have been involved with industry leaders and have learned from the best of the best about the in’s and outs of the industry. Having said that I am thankful to those that have given me a chance to learn and grow.

I also posses quantitative and analytical skills required by the industry, unlike everything else about the industry that I had to learn by experience I feel that these skills were innately present within me. And I am proud to have had the opportunity to be able to develop these skills to suit the needs of the industry.

I feel that with a strong principle centered living a lot can be achieved. And I have two particular centers of choice. Namely, honesty and family. I have a set of core principles that have enabled me in a big way to be able to achieve what I desire and have got me to a place in my life where I need not introduce myself when I walk into a room full of people. I believe in the three fundamental principles of honesty, integrity and hard work. I believe that it is these three fundamental principles that have enabled me in a big way to achieve the success that I deserve and desire.

The people that I consider closest to me are my family and my vast circle of friends. They have been very supportive of me in all my endeavors. I am immensely thankful to them for their support and the way that they deal with my ambition.

I also think that it is one’s responsibility to give back to society and I do this for the satisfaction of giving and not much else.
