I am a writer, photographer, holistic health healer, Reiki Master, wife, mother and grandmother. I have a 2 year old blog at Napkinwriter.wordpress.com and am now beginning Book 'm Danno, notes and quotes from authors and writers. I give workshops in spirituality. My roots are in the Christian faith and I've learned much about daily living and peaceful mindfulness from the practices and writings of Buddhist leaders. I have completed many years in professional business life as a teacher, a corporate business communications, public relations and marketing specialist. I also was the founding editor of a nine-county Catholic monthly newspaper, owner of women's franchise fitness centers, and Retreat center programs in writing and spirituality. I am passionate about finding the quiet in my life and using its wisdom to guide my daily actions and intentions.
