Sue Putlock

I am an experienced HR professional with over a decade of experience as a highly effective manager and individual contributor with a proven track record of results. My background includes a well-rounded portfolio of talent acquisition, talent management, development, employee relations, compensation, benefits and administration, change management, structural realignment, systems and metrics, communications, vendor selection/relations, mobility, and policy development. I have had the great opportunity to work successfully across many sectors including finance, pharmaceutical, television and post-production, wine, and mining. I am high energy, focused, determined, and a very intentional person.

I took a personal hiatus to become a foster to adoptive mom. I have spent much of my time personally and professionally building my knowledge of emerging technological and social media trends in HR focused on talent acquisition/talent management and maintaining my business network.

When I’m not in the workplace or developing personally and professionally, you can find me indulging in some of my passions including wine, food, travel, outdoor activities with my family, and participating in my local church (not necessarily in that order).
