I do this primarily through my work as an internationally experienced executive coach, human capital consultant and facilitator specializing in leadership and professional development, particularly within the pharmaceutical industry. I have more than 25 years experience with Fortune 100 and 500 companies as well as with government and non-government organizations. In addition to coaching individuals, I design and facilitate strategy sessions for mid to senior level management and deliver experiential training at all levels of an organization.
